House was clean and modern like the pictures. The host checked in several times to make sure everything went well. Place is in a quiet newly built small neighborhood with friendly neighbors.We wanted to use the grill but due to fire regulations in the county, we weren’t able to use it The host however offered to provide us with a stove top grill and dropped it off at our door step on the same day .At checkout, we were only asked to take out the trash. We didn’t need to do anything else! The whole family enjoyed the place and would definitely stay here again .

Nice clean modern interior. Host was very responsive and enjoyed our stay. The property deserves 5 stars but it was advertised with a bbq. After planning accordingly post arrival found it locked and was told its not for use.
